Users are expected to use Timescape.ai responsibly and not to misuse the service. Misuse includes, but is not limited to, using the service for any unlawful purpose, attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or distributing malware or other harmful software.

5. Subscription and Payment
Timescape.ai is a subscription-based service. Depending on the subscription plan selected, billing cycles can be monthly, yearly, or a one-time fee.

• Payment Terms: Payments are due at the beginning of each billing cycle.

• Refund Policy: We offer a trial period during which users can cancel at any time. After the trial period, refunds are not available.

• Third-Party Services: We use Google Firebase for database and storage, and Crashlytics to detect crashes. Our servers are located in Germany (EU).

• Data Retention: We retain user data as long as the account is active. If an account is closed, we delete the data. Users can request data deletion at any time.

Timescape.ai is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. North Labs AS does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Norway.
